  Dear Editor-in-chief:
My name is Denia Wilburn. I am a sophomore at Early College High School in Conway, SC
I am here to address that people that have rape someone at any time should be thrown in jail, no matter how long ago it happened because kids won’t always tell you if there is something wrong. Kids at a really young age don’t know any better of any act of such physical emotion.
I personally say it’s sick to do such thing to an innocent child like that. It’s one of the cruelest actions that you can do to a child. Not only men but women also perform this idiotic, sick and twisted crime. Do you know the things you take from the child’s life? No, because most people don’t think before doing such things. You take away child’s innocence, their ability to smile, and grow up as a regular kid. They don’t think correctly, and tend to be very demure.
Thank you so much for your time. I appreciate your help and hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,

Denia Wilburn
